Yes! On selected products, festive seasons, and for first-time signups

Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Paypal, and (on request) Cash on Delivery.

    Jewellery Details & Care

    1 gram is a term used for the ornaments coated with a thin layer of real gold over metal, giving a similar look to solid gold jewellery.

    Yes, if kept clean and dry.

    Yes, options available in machine-made, semi-precious, and fashion jewellery.

    Store in airtight containers or zip-lock bags. Avoid chemicals, water, and rubber products. Clean gently with a soft cloth.

    Returns & Refunds

    Only if the product is not as described, different from images, or defective.

  • Raise a request within 24 hours
  • Return unused, tagged items within 7 days
  • Shipping charges non-refundable
  • Make a request on the website or email support. We’ll provide shipping info.

    Refund is processed within 7–10 working days after inspection, credited to the original payment method.

    Allowed before shipping the order only (email support to cancel).

    Email OR WhatsaApp us with details and quantities for bulk orders.

    No custom designs, but we may already have your design—share your photo via WhatsApp or email.

    6-8 months guarantee for gold-plated jewellery at offline shops only. No guarantee for online sales, but a flat discount applies.
