Shipping policy

·         Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 499 across India.

·         Orders below Rs. 499: Standard India Speed Post charges apply.

·         Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

·         Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4-10 days of the invoice date. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

·         International Orders: Shipped via registered international courier. Customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the product price or shipping price. Due to strict customs and delivery restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. Please get in touch with us before ordering if you are unsure about your location.

·         Multiple Addresses: To ship to more than one address, place separate orders.

·         Order Tracking: After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp message/SMS and email.

·         Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or by the recipient being unavailable.

·         Delivery Issues & Returns: If the item is damaged or the package is tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us at reach@ksupreme.in with your order number for a quick replacement.

·         Incorrect Address/Refusal: If the package returns due to the wrong address or refusal, both-sided shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

·         Undelivered Items: If we can’t deliver an item, you won’t be charged or will be fully refunded.
