Shipping policy

·         Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 499 across India, except on some big sale days.

·         Orders below Rs. 499: Standard India Speed Post charges apply.

·         Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

·         Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4-10 days from the invoice date. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

·         International Orders: Shipped via registered international courier. Customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and not included in product/shipping price.

·         Multiple Addresses: To ship to more than one address, place separate orders.

·         Order Tracking: After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS and email.

·         Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or if the recipient is unavailable.

·         Delivery Issues & Returns: If the item is damaged or the package is tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us at reach@ksupreme.in with your order number for a quick replacement.

·         Incorrect Address/Refusal: If the package returns due to the wrong address or refusal, both-sided shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

·         Undelivered Items: If we can’t deliver an item, you won’t be charged or will be fully refunded.
