Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world.

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499 across India, except during major sale days. Orders below Rs. 499 have standard Speed Post charges. Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days and usually delivered within 4–10 days.

International shipping charges exclude customs or import taxes. Tracking details are shared via SMS and email after dispatch. In case of damage or tampering, refuse delivery and contact support@ksupreme.in. Orders with incorrect addresses or refused deliveries will incur both-sided shipping costs.

Store each piece in a separate, soft pouch—never in cardboard, oak, or velvet boxes.

Clean gently after each use with a soft cloth; for deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water only.

Put on jewellery after applying lotions, perfumes, or makeup. Let skin products dry before wear.

Avoid contact with sweat, water, chemicals, oils, and sprays.

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or doing physical work.

Plated and fashion jewellery is best for occasional, not daily, wear.

Don’t let items touch or rub together to prevent scratches.

Keep jewellery dry and away from kitchens and bathrooms.
