You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
In case your order arrives with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, email us at reach@ksupreme.in or WhatsApp us at 9633708080 within 24 hours of receiving your package.
For verification, we request:
A complete unboxing video (without any cuts/edits)
Clear photos of the product and outer package
Kindly note: Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of return; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499 across India, except during major sale days. Orders below Rs. 499 have standard Speed Post/courier charges. Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days and usually delivered within 4–10 days.
International shipping charges exclude customs or import taxes. Tracking details are shared via SMS and email after dispatch. In case of damage or tampering, refuse delivery and contact reach@ksupreme.in. Orders with incorrect addresses or refused deliveries will incur both-sided shipping costs.

How To Measure Your Bangle Size At Home
Method 1: Measure Your Hand
- Bring your thumb and pinky finger together (as if you're putting on a bangle).
- Using a soft measuring tape or string, wrap it around your knuckles at the widest part of your hand (not your wrist).
- Mark where the tape or string overlaps.
- Measure the length in inches or centimetres.
- Compare your measurement with the chart below to find your bangle size.
Method 2: Measure an Existing Bangle
- Take a bangle that fits you comfortably.
- Place it flat on a surface.
- Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter (edge to edge through the centre).
- Match your measurement with the chart below.

Understanding Indian Bangle Sizing
Indian bangle sizes use a unique numbering system (1-0, 1-2, 2-2, 2-4, 2-6, etc.). The number represents the inside diameter in inches. For example:
- 1-6 means 1.5 inches (or 38.1mm) inside diameter - typically for kids 2-4 years
- 2-4 means 2.25 inches (or 57.2mm) inside diameter - women's small
- 2-6 means 2.375 inches (or 60.3mm) inside diameter - women's medium
- 2-8 means 2.5 inches (or 63.5mm) inside diameter - women's medium plus/men's small
- 2-12 means 2.75 inches (or 69.9mm) inside diameter - men's large
